Hello! I run the Nightly Noodle Monthly Publishing Co., a couture publishing house founded in Albuquerque 2009 with the mission to uncover the hidden rooms, cracks in the walls of the voice of the people while driving the cultural narrative toward creative resilience using re-appropriated found materials and fresh writing with an aesthetic inspired by old magazines and publications by Surrealist and Dada groups before World War II, ever-sliding toward mainstream integration. Our contributors have anthropological sensibilities and are generally pretty funny. I also paint portraits, imaginal cell watercolors, write for art blogs and play music with my band Spoiled Horse Racer.  Sometimes I'm off doing a cool project somewhere with whoever but I always return home.

"Eva is my art hero!"

Paul Wilborn, Executive Director of Palladium Theater, St. Petersburg, FL

"She's not just an artist - rather, everything Eva does is art, and on top of that she is wise, fun, low-drama, kind, creative and makes really beautiful music. She is a good friend and I give her an A+ human rating." Jessica Duvearney, owner of Cellar Door Gallery in Albuquerque, NM

"Eva Avenue is one of the most talented, prolific, visionary artists I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She is also a hell of a lot of fun to be around." Mike Smith of Albuquerque, essayist, historian, and author

"Nice version." ~Guy from Fastball on her version of Fastball's Out Of My Head

"One of my favorite editor-in-chiefs to pass through these halls." Jim Fisher, Student Pub Board Supervisor at the Daily Lobo at the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque

"One of the finest, most versatile and surprising artists I know." Danny Solis, Albuquerque's first slam poet laureate
